Looking to Return or Exchange?

You have 30 days to fall in LOVE with your bottle or bag and 14 if you bought is in a sale period.

Here at MILK & WATER™ we offer you 30 days to change the way you bottle feed on the move which is a enough time to love your bottle.

If for whatever reason you don’t love your Milk & Water bottle no problem, we are happy to accept undamaged goods in original condition for a full refund or exchange. Unfortunately we cant offer exchanges on sale items.

Returns are normally processed in 1-2 weeks and a full refund will be made back onto the card the goods were purchased on.

Please note return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
